Psychiatry is the study of one’s psychological behaviours and well-being and therefore the level of one’s emotional balance. It is how one thinks, feels, and acts. It also decides how we manage stress and make day to day decisions. A healthy psychological state is vital at every stage of life, from early years through teenage to adulthood and determines our intelligence quotient and emotional quotient.
